Water Taking: Despite the Supreme Court reaffirming that underground water is a property right of the landowner, many in the Texas Legislature still feel that underground water should be controlled by Austin. I am against any attempt to treat private property as communal, and will fervently oppose all such efforts.

New Regulations (Repeal): I am opposed to business regulations that create protectionary barriers for existing business. In fact, I am in favor of repealing many of them already on the books.

Attacks on Traditional Values: As a Christian, I believe that our Country's and State's blessings come from having a society that acknowledges that God is the Lord. Because of this we are duty-bound to defend life from its conception and oppose all efforts that take our values out of society.
